we are not on the road ,dear readers , not qualified yet to be a driver but just acting here , quite fun .

I learned pilates and yoga technique today from the master which came from S'pore. So I felt so lucky that I get to know some of the Ipoh gym and yoga instructors . I discover a very big unlikeliness in the same time too! I wondered why their instructors looked so slim and Ipohmali 1 all looked quite round and hunk you know, but anyway you are meant to be healthy but not skinny :)  Besides, some of them are very friendly and funny , i like learning with them .

A BIG DAY - RMxxx PER HOUR .
Finally I have my own personal class , that is RMxxx for an hour ,  even I am so tired today but I don't care , I taught them some yoga basics in the first lesson . I will rush for it on every Saturday noon 1.30 - 2.30 , what a great time for all the teenager , I meant, most of the teens will hanging out with friends at this time . Fine, I am ok and happy for this .


Anyway , I should thank to my mum , I owe her . Guys ,please never forget where one's happiness comes from <3
